Allllright, I have been kind enough to let Star Wars Freek write something, we are now partners of a sorts. He has written this thing here:
History, a Mystery?
How did I get here?
How did any humans get here?
Evolution, many would say. That we simply evolved.
What does this mean?
That I evolved from a monkey? Or a fish? Why not add in a rock, or a tree, just for the heck of it!
Evolution, Baloney! The two go together like ham and eggs.
What are the odds of a complex creature like me evolving out of pretty much nothing?
What could be more absurd?
I will tell you what!
That I believe all life on this world, and all the worlds in this universe, was created by one all-powerful being.
You may have heard of him. His name?
Oh, yeah, his name is God.
Now that sounds absurd!
But not to me!
This is what’s really absurd!
That God would send his one and only beloved son to come down to earth, to be born as a baby. A baby sent to save all the world from our sins. This baby, Jesus, took our sins on his shoulders. Sins so horrible, so destructive, so hateful that God could not even look at his beloved son as he died a horrible death for us, for me and for you.
With his death what was accomplished? What was achieved? Nothing!
Then why did he die? Because death could not hold him down; after three days he was raised from the dead. And with his life we live, free from sin. What an accomplishment!
Dose this mean that we no longer sin? Of course not! But God has forgiven us for our sins. It’s easy as A.B.C. We just have to...
Admit that we have sinned
Believe that Jesus died for our sins.
Confess our sins to God, and ask that he come live in our hearts.
God has prepared a feast in heaven and we’re all invited. Did you R.S.V.P.?
Think it’s absurd?
I believe every word of it!
And God wrote it all down for us in his holy word, the Bible; you should check it out!
Evolution?
HA!
God created us with just a thought, and if that doesn’t blow your mind, then I don’t know what will!

The Goodwin Family
Well, I have been informed that I have not been writing at all about the Titanic, and that is obviously true. What I have found out from previous experience, is that it is possible to come out with nothing to write, so I have been saving all my Titanic nonsense for when nothing at all is happening in my boring life to write about. I was meaning to post some pictures of her, but as I said, my computer is evil and hates me, so I am afraid that it is impossible to have any cool pictures. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! But I will start posting something about the Titanic as soon as I write it. There is one very, very sad thing I found out from one of the million books I have read about her. As she was sinking, a officer (No one knows who) shut closed a section of the ship filled with third class passengers trapping them inside, knowing that if the water could not get in, it would slow the sinking. This kept her afloat longer, but also kept many people from any hope of escaping. Doubtlessly, if the place had been filled with first class passengers, matters would have been different. There were many instances, where whole families died. Such as the Goodwin family, they were a family with six children, Lillian, Charles, William, Jessie, Harold, and Sydney. It is very sad to think about them, considering that they had six kids and all. They all died.

Bits and pieces of camping!
OK, I know I promised that I would tell all about my camping trip, but I have seen the light! I have realized that my camping trip was only interesting to the people that were there, and since no one who went there will ever go on here, I don't see any point writing about it. I had the funnest time in the world though, staying up on a hill/mountain for hours just watching the activity going on below, that is probably why I had such a bright red nose! One of the people next to us had a lean-to type tent, and the boy rolled out of the back during the night (Which, by the way, was COLD!), only a few more feet, and he would have rolled down a hill and into one of the lakes! What was extremely annoying was that in the morning, everyone was freezing, but it slowly got warmer, and then everyone was burning in the afternoon. Especially me, for I didn't wear my bonnet, and I was dressed in several layers of clothing. I stayed mostly to myself the whole time because I didn't know anyone, but I did talk a bit with one of the only girls there, and I talked a little with a few younger girls, and I talked a bit with a couple older boys, and I played with a little boy, and then there was the few grown ups here and there. Considering the fact that I am really shy around strangers, I would say that I did pretty well! Oops, I just realized that I was talking about the camping trip! Beware, bits and pieces of the trip may pop in sometimes through my writing! I really wanted to put some pictures onto here, but this computer is SO DARN SLOW, that it is impossible to do so. I was able to do the one on the side bar for some reason, but posting? Nada.

Too Lazy
I s'pose that I ought to tell all about my adventure as a a girl living in the early eighteen hundreds, but I'm a bit lazy, so next time I'll tell all! Which includes (Just to give you a preview) a poisonous snake, a deadly gun, climbing a 'Kansas mountain' several times a day, extreme heat, several layers of clothing, bright red sunburns, mud, dirty hems, icky porta pottys, exploring, ticks, catching a large mouth bass, talking to strangers, and much, much more! It's all coming up in a all time classic, "Old Fashioned Camping"! Stay tuned for more.

The Cookie Thief
Here is a cool thing I found in a Chicken Soup book. And even though it is not old fashioned, I thought that it was quite telling.
The Cookie thief,
A woman was waiting at an airport one night
With several long hours before her flight
She hunted for a book in the airport shop
Bought a bag of cookies and found a place to drop
She was engrossed in her book, but happened to see,
That the man beside her, bold as could be,
Grabbed a cookie or two from the bag between
Which she tried to ignore, to avoid a scene
She read, munched cookies, and watched the clock
As the gutsy “cookie thief” diminished her stock
She was getting more irritated as the minutes ticked by,
Thinking, “If I wasn’t so nice, I’d blacken his eye!”
With each cookie she took, he took one too
When only one was left, she wondered what he’d do.
With a smile on his face and a nervous laugh
He took the last cookie and broke it in half
He offered her half, as he ate the other.
She snatched it from him and thought, “Oh brother,
This guy has some nerve, and he’s also rude
Why, he didn’t even show any gratitude!”
She had never known when she had been so galled,
And sighed with relief when her flight was called.
She gathered her belongings, and headed for the gate,
Refusing to look back at the “thieving ingrate”
She boarded the plane and sank into her seat,
Then sought her book, which was almost complete.
As she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise.
There was her bag of cookies in front of her eyes!
“If mine are here,” she moaned with despair,
“Then the others were his and he tried to share!”
Too late to apologize, she realized with grief,
That she was the rude one, the ingrate, the thief!
